• Viewing a Request (IT)


    You can view any request you have submitted by clicking on the My Tickets link at the top of the IT Help Desk.

    To view your submitted requests:

    • Under My Tickets you will see up-to-date information on any request you have entered into the system.  Each request will include the current status, ID numbers, which tech is working on the issue and any notes.
    • You can click on the Pencil to add additional information it to ticket.  The edit will also allow you add attachments or screen shots.
    • The Close button to the bottom of the screen will allow you to close the active ticket and redisplay the complete list of your tickets.
    • If you are trying to locate a specific request, use the Filter link at the top of the screen.
