• Submitting a Request (IT)


    To enter a support ticket for the Technology Staff:


    • Click on the IT Request tab.
    • Select the Work Type by clicking on the drop down box.  Select the type the matches closest to the issue you are having.
    • Select the Location from the drop down box.
    • You can skip the Building and Area fields since these are not used at our location.
    • Enter the Room Number or other information so we know where the equipment is located.
    • Enter the Due Date if necessary.
    • Enter a detailed Description of your problem and / or request.
    • Click the Create Ticket button to submit your new technology request.


    There is no need to enter your contact information since the system will automatically capture that information from your login credentials.
