Mr. Fred Cicero

   I began teaching here at STC in 2006.  I am a graduate of Schuylkill Technology Center and the machine trades program.  Upon completion of high school, I attended Pennsylvania College of Technology earning an associate degree in Toolmaking Technology and a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering technology.  Since starting teaching, I have taken in Temple's Education program earning my Vocational 1 Certification, Vocational II Certification and master's degree.  I also have earned National Institute Metal-working Skills
(NIMS), certification in Milling I, Surface Grinding I, Layout, and Bench work, Drill Press, Lathe: Chucking, Lathe: Turning Between Centers, CNC mill, and CNC lathe; All students will also earn these certifications from NIMS.
