• About Me:
     
          I am a graduate of Mount Carmel Area High School and Northumberland County Vocational Technical School in the fields of electrical and electronics. After high school I entered the United States Air Force serving over 8 1/2 years and was Honorably Discharged with the rank of Staff Sergeant. 
         During my service I worked on Aircraft Armament Systems on various jet fighters for approximately 5 1/2 years. Re-training, I spent the next 3 years working in the Wide-Band Communications/Security Systems career field. While in the Air Force I earned an Associate Degree for Electronic Technology and an Associate Degree for Aircraft Armament Systems, both from the Community College of the Air Force.

              To date, I have been teaching since 1990 at the Schuylkill Technology Center as the Electromechanical / Electronics Instructor. I earned my Vocational II Teaching Certification from Temple University and my Bachelors Degree from Penn State University in Workforce Education and Development. I hold certifications in Cooperative Education, Electromechanical Technology and  Electronics Technology through the Department of Education.
