Schuylkill Technology Center’s Social Worker provides individual or group mental health services to STC students, particularly those who receive treatment via their Individual Educational Plans (IEP’s).  Psychological support is provided to any student that may need assistance either with a psychological or social issue that impedes his or her learning.  The school social worker promotes and enhances the overall academic mission of STC by providing services that strengthen home/school/community partnerships as well as intervention strategies to facilitate a stable learning environment for all students.
